Whisper II Supernova Edition Tire for 6-Inch Hubs

FlightFins has announced preorders for the Whisper II Supernova Edition tire for 6-inch hubs. The tire is based on the same design as the classic Whisper but approximately 15% thicker for durability.
The new design implements blue colored star shapes which are molded into the tire about halfway into its thickness (not on the surface). FlightFins has commented that they will be adding other shape molds to choose from.
Riders have the option to include a color paint pen in order to customize the tire logo which riders must apply themselves. Current color pen selections are white, sky blue, royal blue, purple, silver, gold, red, or none (black).
Preorders are currently expected to ship in October.
